Bright Path Care was founded to fill a critical need for high-quality, DDD-approved in-home support and group home services across Phoenix and Maricopa County, Arizona. Our mission is to deliver compassionate, person-centered services to individuals with developmental disabilities — empowering each client to pursue independence, dignity, and meaningful participation in their community.
As a licensed provider under Arizona's Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) program, we work directly with DDD support coordinators and families to develop individualized care plans that reflect each person's goals, preferences, and needs.
